May2021

The FUTURE consortium, made up of Gustave Eiffel University and École des Ponts ParisTech, is today launching the call for papers for the 5th edition of FUTURE Days, which will be held on 30 November and 1st December 2021 on the Descartes Campus, Marne-la-Vallée.

FUTURE Days is the annual event that brings together the scientific community around the theme of tomorrow's cities and territories. The event is designed as a meeting place and exchange of ideas bringing together players working on all areas of interest to the city, including transport, mobility, housing, construction, planning, resource management and associated services (waste, water, energy), culture, architecture, education, economic development, and social development.

FUTURE Days are designed to address issues in a global and multidisciplinary manner and are therefore aimed at a wide range of disciplines in the humanities and social sciences, but also in the information sciences, engineering sciences and life and environmental sciences.

The call for papers is therefore aimed at researchers from all disciplines who are interested in crossing their approaches.

The theme of this 2021 edition is the decarbonation of cities and territories.

Part of the FUTURE Days will be organised around sessions built on the contributions received. The deadline for submission is 9 July 2021, midnight.
